Your tasks:
- order entry, processing and shipping preparation
- Freight inquiries and orders
- Customs declarations
- Coordination of freight with customers and carriers
- Preparation of shipping documents
- Processing of customer complaints regarding the freight
- Processing of complaints to the forwarding agent
- Processing of damage reports to the transport insurance
- Creation of CMRs
- Activities of the dangerous goods officer
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training
- Experience in handling shipping documents desirable
- Negotiation skills, initiative and commitment
- Very good communication skills and confident demeanor
- Quick learner and structured work
- Good to very good PC skills
- good written and spoken English knowledge
