Your tasks:
- the comprehensive independent processing of all business transactions
- and operations in the field of sales, particularly internationally
- the preparation of customer letters and offers as well as the conduct of other correspondence in the languages: German, English, possibly other foreign language
- the support of the order processing,
- the processing of complaints,
- the follow-up of completed orders and unsuccessful offers,
- the support of customers, especially internationally, at home and abroad,
- the organization of trade fair appearances,
- if the employer has given separate instructions, participation in trade fairs, representing the employer at trade fair stands and at trade fair appearances in Germany and abroad,
- permanent conscientious maintenance of master data
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training,
- Professional experience in the field of export/sales
- Negotiation skills, initiative and commitment
- Very good communication skills and confident demeanor
- Quick learner and structured work
- Good to very good PC skills
- good written and spoken English knowledge
- further foreign language skills an advantage
